Her story, in order.
From a first lesson at six to a temple plaza at sunset, with her father’s camera never far away.

A school stage
In costume for a school performance.
A camera at home
She grows up around her father’s video camera, and sings on stage beside him.
Two prizes in grade six
At her school arts festival, Kalaa Kalarava, she wins second prize in mono acting and second prize in singing.
REVA University
She begins a BA Performing Arts at REVA University in Bengaluru, and joins its short movie club. Her degree runs until 2029.
The day these photographs were taken
Her father photographed her from noon to sunset, at Kollur, on the coast and at the Vidyashankara temple in Sringeri. Every recent photograph on this website comes from that one day.
Ahead
Two dreams.
The screen, through workshops, theatre, auditions and short films.
And one day, teaching Bharatanatyam to children, so the art keeps living.
Classes for children are a future dream, not a date yet. Leave your details and you will hear when they begin.
